How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for home decor items typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service generally arrives within 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Alluvion ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working diligently to expand our logistics network to international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track my furniture delivery?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large freight items, our delivery partner will call you directly to schedule a specific arrival window.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Alluvion furniture includes a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
