At Alluvion, we want you to love every piece of your home; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage to delicate home goods during shipping.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
